10 th Annual Sage Awards - The Unsung Hero Nomination Form

The Sage Awards is a signature event coordinated by Council on Aging Martin County that recognizes individuals aged 60 or better who continue to lead purposeful lives by offering their experiences, professional skills and compassionate hearts to benefit others.
The Unsung Hero Award is a special 10th-anniversary category to honor a senior who quietly strengthens our community through selfless service. We are seeking individuals who give generously of their time in their retirement years—often behind the scenes—without seeking recognition. Whether through volunteering, mentoring, or steady acts of kindness, these unsung heroes make our community better simply by showing up.
Submit the nomination form below by Wednesday, Feb. 18. The selected recipient and their nominator will be notified by Wednesday, Feb. 25.
