It can be hard to find the resources you need for yourself or a loved one. Our experienced care managers can help you figure out what you need and how to access services both within the Council on Aging Martin County and the greater community.

  • Identification and management of support services such as in-home care and nutrition
  • Assistance with bill paying and insurance/medical claims processing
  • Long-term care planning
  • Caregiver support
  • Assistance with family dynamics

The cost of the service varies depending on the type and frequency of services.
We accept payment from the following: Veterans' Benefits, the Medicare Long-Term Care program or programs funded by the Area Agency on Aging, and Martin County Aids and Grants.

We also accept private pay and donations. Financial assistance is available for qualifying seniors.
